Application crashes upon launch

I have been a long time user of Dataguardian on PC first then Mac and Iphone. The application is great to use. But since a month ago, the application on my Mac crashes upon launch. I have contacted the support but they do not even take the time to answer. Very disappointing!
Apparently a version 3.3.3 is available on the editor’s website but the Appstore still offers the 3.2.3, which is more than 1 year old.

What are we going to do to solve this issue !!! This is unacceptable.
