I have been using Data Guardian since it was Password Retriever and Love it!
Its the best thing Ive found for keeping all of my passwords and software serial numbers.
You can make your own record templates easily and have all the info you need for site logins, serial numbers and many other things stored securely and ready a click away whenever you need them. You can also keep the database on Dropbox or something similar if using it on multiple computers.
